  • Whether the pool has a regular rectangular, oval, or circular shape, or an irregular or custom-made shape, this high-quality winch and cable kit is able to fit securely and tightly around the pool cover to ensure maximum protection from debris, leaves, and other pollutants.

Installation Steps:

Swimming Pool Cover Cable

  1. Measure the desired pool size to determine the required cable length. Cut the cable to the correct length and attach one end to the winch.
  2. Place the pool cover over the pool, making sure it is properly aligned and centered. Then, lay the cable along the edge of the cover on one side of the pool.
  3. Thread the cable through the loops in the cover and attach the other end of the cable to the winch.
  4. Once the cable is secured, use the winch to tighten the cable and pull the cover taut. Make sure that the cover is evenly distributed over the pool and there are no wrinkles or bunching in any area.
  5. If necessary, adjust the position of the cable and tighten or loosen the tension to achieve the desired level of tautness. Be careful not to over-tighten the cable as this can cause damage to the cover or the pool.
  6. When the cover is properly secured, lock the winch into place to prevent the cable from slipping or loosening over time.
  7. Check the cover regularly to ensure that it is still properly secured and adjust the tension as needed.
